Hi, I’m Julian Brezon, a Production Sound Mixer & Location Sound Recordist for TV, Film, & Commercial Video Production. I’m based in New York, and available for travel shoots. I use high-end lavalier and boom microphones to capture performances for narrative film, interviews, documentaries, and more.
My comprehensive knowledge of sound begins with a deep understanding of the fundamentals— how sound is created and interacts with different surfaces.

In addition to location sound for video, I am also an experienced on-location audio and video engineer for live music performances. Depending on the venue these range in sound quality from “Tiny Desk Concert” style to near studio quality, but without having the musicians isolated from one another. This is a great option for recording demos to book shows, or create a crowd-funding campaign for a studio date and album marketing funds.
